WHO IS IT FOR?

You engage in the SDI 2.0 assessment to understand your motives, conflict sequence, and strengths. Then, we co-create a development plan and hold regular coaching sessions. This could be as high-level as establishing goals that we will help you maintain a focus on, or as detailed as developing a learning arc to build specific skills over time.

How does it work?

Weekly or biweekly sessions for a defined period of time (often one year).
