Relationship

(RQ) with SDI 2.0

Intelligence

After decades of research, the science is clear: Teams with Relationship Intelligence outperform the rest. Relationship building is more than a soft skill, and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) 2.0 plays a direct role in helping us relate to others. Rather than focusing on WHAT we do, the SDI 2.0 helps us understand WHY we behave the way we do and HOW we relate to one another.

Relationships Predict Results

people discover how to harness what drives their personal performance, they not only take ownership for their choices, but they begin to appreciate differences in others. This builds trust. The SDI 2.0 provides a common language that helps promote trust and healthy opposition. With SDI 2.0, teams can quickly see all sides of an issue, then make timely decisions that drive results.

SDI 2.0 Measures What Motivates

Motives

You’ll learn the three core motives behind your unique approach to people, performance, and process. This blend is expressed as your Motivational Value System (MVS).

Conflict

Your unique Conflict Sequence shows how your motives change as conflict escalates, giving you the chance to engage in healthy opposition instead of chaotic conflict.

Strengths and Overdone Strengths

Your Strengths Portrait presents how your motives drive the strengths you use most. It also shows your overdone strengths, those that you may rely on too heavily and diminish your effectiveness.

Embed SDI 2.0 in Your Team’s Daily Work

The power of SDI 2.0 does not rest in a stagnant PDF. Your team’s results live in an online platform and mobile app so you can leverage them to adjust your approach in realtime. You can also integrate your team’s results in Outlook, Teams, Zoom, or Slack.

Is SDI 2.0 the tool we need to invest in?

There are many assessments on the market, from DiSC and Strengths Finder to Myers Briggs and Enneagram. Each of these tools can add unique value to your team, but they only provide a one dimensional view. We work with the SDI 2.0 because we believe that teams become powerful when members have a systems view and understand one another’s motives, conflict behaviors, strengths, and overdone strengths. SDI 2.0 is the only assessment we offer. To learn more about it in comparison to other top assessments, check out this article.
