We design a retreat where people (as individuals or as teams) bring a project to work on, such as a writing piece or a workshop to build out. Through our structured process, participants gain new perspective on their work and engage in wellness practices allow them to dedicate their whole selves to their project — all while getting closer to that ever-elusive finished deliverable.
These are intensive (i.e., a day or more) events that can be one time or recurring.

We meet with team leaders to understand the current state and priorities in the team, then we conduct a team health assessment. We create a report and use it to design a workshop to support the team to build trust, navigate conflict, create shared commitments, hold each other accountable, and deliver results.
This is most often a 2+ day workshop with a short follow-up session.

SDL asks team members to take a research-based assessment called SDI 2.0, then reviews individual results with them. After, the team participates in a workshop to share their results with each other and plan for how this new information impacts their work. SDI 2.0 improves relationship Intelligence so that leaders, teams, and organizations can collaborate better.
This is a half-day workshop, or it’s a session we can embed into a larger teaming session or organizational engagement.
