Accelerate Innovation
We work with you to organize the roles, responsibilities, structures, and routines to collaboratively drive grassroots change in your community or organization.
Organizations and teams that are trying to figure out how to organize themselves in new ways to tackle an important issue.
WHO IS IT FOR?
We act as a member of your team in the early phases of your work, adding our expertise in systems change and innovation to your team while also building your capability to do it without us. Our role is co-created with the client team, and often involves participating in day-to-day work like data analysis or facilitation. Given our experience leading innovation efforts ourselves, we often work with leaders on resourcing and work structures.
How does it work?
Intensive work for a specific period of time, with clear checkpoints.

We start with an exploratory period where we get to know you. We'll work together to define outcomes for our partnership and the role SDL will play in your team.

Generate Research-Based Insights
We make sure you have access to the perspectives and research you need to inform your work.
Organizations or teams that are in need of valuable information to inform their effort, but just don’t have time to go get it.
WHO IS IT FOR?
We gather information for you—about users, policies, processes, or what others in similar situations are doing. Then, we consolidate that information to help you uncover essential considerations that will allow you make the best decisions moving forward. We draw on qualitative, applied anthropological methods to conduct research ranging from 1:1 interviews to focus groups to A/B testing.
How does it work?
We work in sprints where we quickly go out to get information and bring it back to you, then go back out to go deeper.
WHAT'S THE TIMELINE?
We start with discovery to identify your biggest questions. Then we consolidate information from your existing program data to peer-reviewed research.
